30-Day Returns (Unused Items)

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund for an unused, brand new item, returned in its original packaging.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Used Items)

If you have used your product and are not satisfied, you may request a refund under our 14-day satisfaction guarantee, provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.


UK Hygiene & Consumer Law Notice

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, sealed hygiene products are exempt from the right to cancel once unsealed, unless the item is faulty or damaged.


How to Start a Return

To request a return or refund, please contact us at support@olphoria.com.
We will confirm eligibility and provide next steps.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Olphoria Ltd.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (where applicable), we’ll notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
