Formed only when Aquilaria trees naturally produce resin in response to stress, true oud takes decades to develop and is harvested in extremely limited quantities. The distillation process is slow, complex, and yields very little oil — making genuine agarwood exceptionally rare and valuable. Featured in Wild Elixir, Madagascan pink pepper is prized for its refined brightness and soft, sparkling spice. Grown in small quantities and harvested by hand, the berries require careful drying before steam distillation can begin. The result is an oil that feels vibrant yet elegant — adding lift and modernity without harshness. Its rarity and labor-intensive production make it a favourite among luxury perfumers seeking nuance rather than sharp heat.

The crisp freshness in Island Lime & Coconut comes from Mexican lime oil, cold-pressed from the peel of sun-ripened fruit. It takes hundreds of kilograms of limes to produce a small amount of essential oil, making quality lime both resource-intensive and costly. What emerges is a natural brightness — zesty, juicy, and instantly uplifting — capturing the feeling of warmth, clarity, and escape.
